Because we appreciate your patronage and respect your privacy, we protect your personal information. Under no circumstances will we share this privileged information with third parties.

We have taken great pains to ensure that private information is processed securely. Here's how we do it. As soon as you provide private or secure information, we immediately connect you to our secure server. Your data is then encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer), a system supported by all Web browsers and in widespread use today. We use the digital certificate.

Each year, millions of transactions are safely processed over the Internet. Compared to other retail channels like mail order or storefront, Internet transactions are the safest. It is far easier to steal credit card information from receipt carbons or tapped telephones than to successfully intercept and decode encrypted transactions.

A word of advice: It is a good idea to monitor credit card transactions through your month end statement. Immediately advise your credit company of any unauthorized transactions. Most companies cover all of the unauthorized charges; others limit your liability. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in fraudulent charges.

We have selected products that we hope will delight you and satisfy your needs. We sincerely hope that you never need to return anything, but if you must make a return, simply follow the instructions below.

Within 30 days of the invoice date, refunds will be given for merchandise that is returned unused, and in original condition, excluding the costs of shipping and handling.

Unfortunately, as we cannot be responsible for damages in return shipping, we do ask you use the original packing material and an insured carrier for your returns. We must receive the merchandise back in its original condition.

If your order is returned to us for inadequate address or your product could not be delivered for any reason and returned to us you will refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced with an identical product. You will be refunded the costs of shipping the defective item back to us.

We ask that you include the packing slip sent with the order and the reason for your return.

The shipping rates for Standard Ground shipments within the contiguous 48 states are:

All ground shipments are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order receipt with standard time in transit 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges for our tea gift baskets are based upon the size of the shipping box (not the weight) and the speed at which it is delivered, 7-10 business days, 2-day or overnight. Some of our gift baskets tend to be rather large which means the air shipping is much more expensive. The rates we charge are based on the actual shipping rates that our carriers charge. We do not attempt to make money from the shipping charge.

Quick Ship Options

•Express Shipping (Overnight) - approximately $35-$60 per package.
•Priority  (2-3 business days) - approximately $12-$30 per package.

With both options your package will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order with the specified time in transit shown above. If the order is received on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
